Queen Street Boutique Suites - Edinburgh

We booked suite, it was beautifully decorated.

I appreciated tastefully decorated room with the pictures provided and heating, for instance, and very helpful and particularly helpful staff. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a toaster were a plus. The hotel had a central setting in the heart of the city.

Location in the center.

Bed was extremely comfy and there where a fridge, an electric kettle and central heating in the room. I loved its central location. Had a nice coffee at Tani Modi, located 5 minutes walk away.

The location was great and stunning for walking around The Real Mary King's Close.

Our suite with a nice looking bathroom was tastefully decorated. The personnel were very helpful and extremely friendly and made us feel welcome.

The suite had its share of inconveniences that could impact a stay, such as insufficient towels for two guests and a small blanket that felt cramped. The heating system struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. Soundproofing could use some improvements. Upstairs noise was noticeable and could disrupt sleep. It's an older hotel, so some quirks are to be expected, but these issues put a damper on what could have been a perfect stay.

Totally recommend for resting at all

Charming suite, lovely bathroom, with wonderful biscuits that were a lovely touch and a very accommodating host who even let us know the room was ready earlier for us.

No complaints whatsoever.

We stayed for 2 nights and were quite let down by the cleanliness of our suite. Mold on the shower ceiling was concerning, and while an attempt was made to clean it, the lack of communication left us frustrated. Consider addressing cleanliness issues before your stay.

The location is just perfect, so close to all the main attractions like princes street and the royal mile. Loved the spacious studio suite, it had everything we needed, including a super comfy bed and nice shower. The gift from the owners was such a sweet touch! Check-in was super easy with clear instructions. Definitely a great stay for our group!

only complaints are that the stairs were a bit tough with heavy luggage and the fridge was kinda noisy at night.

The self check-in was a breeze and the fully equipped kitchen was perfect for our family meals. We loved unwinding by the cozy fireplace and enjoyed the peaceful rooftop terrace. Just wish the noise from the upstairs neighbors was a bit better, but it didn't ruin our stay! 😊

Fantastic location and personalized touches

I especially loved the thoughtful welcome gift of cookies. A minor improvement could be made by providing more storage space in the bathroom for toiletries.

The Queen Street Boutique Suites was a good experience for us. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the attractions we wanted to see. Our room was cozy and well-equipped, with an electric kettle and fridge. We also appreciated the lovely touch of biscuits waiting for us upon arrival.
